I am looking to get a tattoo for my father who was murdered when i was 7. now i have alot of quotes in mind, all about mourning yet some of them are alittle too long. I need it to be a very strong, powerful, short quote. My main one is Pslam 23:4 but it is wayy to long. also Proverb 14:13, and LUke 23:34. Please help with some ideas. Ive just started reading the bible and this is very important to me.

These are all beautiful, and I really admire your love that you have for your father, and also the loyalty you have to your Father in heaven. Perhaps consider a portion of a certain passage, instead of the entire passage.
This is definitely something worth praying about; God will honor your willingness to honor Him, and He will speak to you. (To Christians who use Leviticus 19:28 to fight Christian tattoos, consider your history before you misinterpret Scripture!)
Remember to stay open to all of God’s plans, too! It may be His will that you keep your body free of tattoos. He might use your body as a canvas for His word. Incline your ear and He will answer your question.
