KLAQ Downtown Street Festival – the festival will be Friday and Saturday with five stages around Santa Fe and San Antonio streets in Downtown El Paso. Speaking Rock concerts – the Tiguas will celebrate July 4 with four days of free hard-rock shows and fireworks at Speaking Rock Entertainment Center, 122 S. Inn of the Mountain Gods show – the Inn of the Mountain Gods in Mescalero, N.M., near Ruidoso plans a party on its back lawn area Friday. “Viva! El Paso” – the song-and-dance revue chronicling 400 years of local history is in its 34th season. Anthony Fourth of July – the town of Anthony will have a Fourth of July festival from 5 p.m. to midnight Saturday and Sunday at Anthony Municipal Park, with live music, arts and crafts, and refreshments.
